Just from the two basic plans we can draw using C.A.D. the exact home as it is in the plan in total photo realistic 3dimension - complete with projected finishes i.e., face brick, cladding, plaster and the colour of choice - with this new technology at our fingertips why would anyone not want to see their home before it is built? One can make the changes that perhaps otherwise would not be noticed until it's too late.
