OPTION
A): – A Power Point Presentation
We
can send a Power Point Presentation of a particular
home design of one’s choice from our website
(printable and on CD sent via registered post),
which will include all views, all dimensions
and interior and printable of A4 size or larger,
a really first class way to see one’s
new home from all perspectives and a professional
way to show family and friends in total 3 dimensional
photo realistic images (around plus/minus 60
full colour images)
Views
will vary from house to house depending upon
double or single storey but mostly the following
views and information will be shown.

OPTION
B): - Printed
We
can send via registered post an A4 printed version
of the presentation.

R650.00 only, includes packaging and registered
post
OPTION
C): - Email:
We
can send a smaller PDF file version of the Presentation
and send this via EMAIL direct, images may vary
but normally: floor plan view, area value, room
size, pitched and flat roof, north, south, east,
west views, east wall perspective.
*COST:
R250.00 only
These costs are for South Africa Cape Town Local
only. If these are to be sent outside of South
Africa we need to know the location so we can
give an accurate costing based on mail charges
to location and this applies to option A and
B ONLY.
If
your architect is using CAD,we can save your
floor plan as a DXF file, which is a standard
file format used in most CAD programs and send
this along with the presentation. This file
format can then be opened into an architectural
CAD program for your architect to have direct
access to the plan and may then make any changes
you may require direct. Or you may take the
presentation to an architect or draughtsman
of your choice in the town in which the site
or plot is located, who can then draw up the
blue prints using our plan as a guide.
We
are not responsible for getting the final blue
prints approved by engineers and your local
authorities in compliance with the building
regulations as these vary from town to town
and country to country, and accept no responsibility
for ensuring the structural integrity directly
or indirectly of any plan on our site (as your
local engineers will be responsible for this).
We can however, if you change any plan, re-draw
the plan according to your architect’s
changes and we can then send a new set of photo
realistic images and projections of the new
home with changes made (at an additional cost).
There are many options available for a new home
build and we advise reading our building blog
on our website which has many helpful ideas
and hints for the new owner-builder.
We
could also arrange to have blue prints made
up for you by our local architect but you would
be responsible for ensuring the plans are passed
by your local authority - engineers - etc.,
regarding your site, entrances from road, piping,
S.G. drawing and other factors of home placement,
size of home, best views etc. etc. and would
involve a much higher cost.
ON OUR WEBSITE:
One can choose a home according to your specific
requirements, i.e., HOUSE (1) - 3 BEDROOMS
- DOUBLE LEVEL (shown on our site).
Each house has the dimensions length and width
for the house and details of the home.
We
will send you via email a picture of the chosen
home for confirmation (so there can be no doubt
which house you have chosen as an enormous amount
of time-consuming work goes into preparing these
houses for presentation.
We
will send via email an invoice for whichever
option you chose either option: a), b), or c).
We
will require a copy of deposit slip or online
transfer verification sent via fax or email
to us.
We
will register either option A (the CD) or B
(the printed version) and send you via email
a copy of the postal registered receipt verifying
your CD or PRINTED COPY has been sent
